Terms of Sale

Request a quote for instruments or spare parts, or for a custom solution, project, or service. A quote is good for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Any custom work requires minimum 20% deposit before work will commence. We do offer consulting, with a free first discussion. Give us a call, or use the contact form to ask us to call you. Skype is our preferred method for long distance meetings.

Warranty

A one year limited warranty is offered against manufacturing errors, defined as material and workmanship flaws that were present in the item upon shipping. In instruments that are intended to be opened and closed by the user, the warranty does not cover leakage caused by improper handling.
