Celebrating 20 Years

Lindorm, Inc. was founded by Dr. Ulf Erlingsson in 2006 to develop, manufacture, and market the SediMeter™ instrument. In 2026 we thus celebrate 20 years in the business, with this new webpage layout.

The SediMeter™ itself is twice as old. When just a research student, Erlingsson invented the instrument and built the first prototype in 1985. The first field trial was under the ice of Lake Erken in the winter months of 1986, and then in the sea in Laholmsbukten in early Spring. So, the SediMeter™ effectively turns 40 years in 2026.
